We have partnered with a number of couriers to ensure that we are able to offer you the best experience regardless of where your order is being delivered
Standard delivery:
- Delivery to main centres within 2 – 4 working days (Durban, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).
- Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 5 – 7 working days.
We deliver between 08h00 and 17h00 on working weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
While we will attempt to accommodate delivery time requests, delivery times cannot be scheduled and may vary depending on the driver’s route on the day.
We use courier services to deliver our parcels and are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Should you enter a PO Box address at checkout, we will contact you to provide an alternate address and will cancel your order if you do not provide us with an alternate address within 24 hours of request.
Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed and handed over to the courier services.
